Redditch Borough Council is urging residents to complete the My Neighbourhood Survey 2026 before the deadline of 9am on 21 September. The survey is now halfway through, with three weeks remaining for residents to have their say.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and asks residents for their views on key local issues including community safety, cleanliness, waste and recycling services. The feedback collected will help shape future council priorities and service improvements.

How Last Year's Survey Led to Action

Leader of Redditch Borough Council Cllr Mat Dormer said last year's responses directly informed improvements across local communities, including action on environmental crime, anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood cleanliness.

Cllr Dormer said: "The My Neighbourhood Survey gives residents a direct voice in shaping the services and improvements that matter most to them. Last year's feedback helped us address issues such as environmental crime, anti-social behaviour, and neighbourhood cleanliness."

He added: "As we pass the halfway point of this year's survey, I would encourage everyone to take a few minutes to tell us about their experiences and priorities so we can continue making Redditch an even better place to live."
