Redditch Borough Council's Customer Services team will return to the Town Hall, off Walter Stranz Square, from 12 October following significant refurbishment work.
The temporary Customer Services centre at George Walk will close on 9 October to allow the permanent move. The Town Hall has undergone substantial investment as part of the town hall regeneration project, with modernised council offices and public-facing spaces now available.
What residents need to know
From 12 October, residents can access council Customer Services at the Town Hall, off Walter Stranz Square. The refurbished facilities are designed to provide a more welcoming, accessible and contemporary environment. The move brings council services back under one roof in a modernised, fit-for-purpose building.
