Redditch Shopmobility is asking residents to complete a feedback survey between 1 August and 12 September to help shape the future of the service.
The service is particularly keen to hear from current users, former users, and people who considered using it but decided against it. Understanding why some residents stop using or avoid the service will help identify barriers and guide improvements.
Who can take part
There is no requirement to have used Shopmobility to complete the survey. The feedback from all groups — users, non-users, and former users — is considered valuable.
Why the survey matters
Redditch Borough Council Leader Cllr. Matt Dormer said: "Every response helps us to better understand the needs of residents and visitors. We want to hear from current users, former users, and people who have never used the service before but may have considered it. The feedback we gather during survey processes like this is vital in helping us to make informed decisions to ensure that we can meet customer needs in the future. It is important that all residents take this chance to share their thoughts."
The survey aims to gather feedback about the service experience to help ensure it continues to meet community needs.
